This photo was not taken for any of the projects. This photo was taken through a window while it was snowing. I took this photo straight on, but at a small angle. This photo also has positive and negative space. It has a good value of lights and darks. It has a small depth of field because the background is blurred. This photo makes you feel like you are watching the snow land and then melt.

I took this picture for the pattern and texture project. It has a wide range of values. It also has contrasting textures between the furry paw and the dry grass. The grass strands lead your eyes through the photo. I took this from above. It has unexpected composition from the paw, but not the rest of the dog.

This photo was from the line and shape project. The chains lead your eyes through the photo. There are many contrasting textures in it between the ground, chains, poles, water, trees, and the sky. There is a wide range of blacks, grays, and whites. The photo looks as if it were two triangles. The left triangle is dark, and it stops at the edge of the water. The right triangle starts at the chains, and it is lighter than the water side. It has a large depth of field. I took this photo from the side view.

This photo was from the line and shape project. It has contrast between the dark trees and the lighter sky and water. The rippled water contrasts textures with the clear sky. There is a reflection of the light on the water. This photo follows the guidelines of the rule of thirds with the horizontal lines. This photo makes you feel relaxed and tranquil.
